SiteLedger Pro
Construction Management Software
Sites, materials, labour, costing and payroll in one system.
The problem
Why this gets built
Most construction firms run on three registers, two WhatsApp groups and one person who knows where everything is. Material goes missing between the godown and the site, labour attendance is reconstructed from memory at month end, and nobody can say what a floor actually cost until long after it is poured.
Who it is for
Fit
Contractors and developers running multiple active sites who need costing they can trust before the project ends.
Capabilities
What the system does.
Site-wise budgets vs actual
Every cost entry rolls up to the site it belongs to, so overrun is visible in week two rather than at handover.
Material stock ledger
Cement, steel, sand and aggregate tracked in and out per site, with reorder alerts before work stops.
Labour attendance & wages
Daily attendance per site with skill-type rates, advances tracked against each worker.
Cost calculator
Area x material rate plus per-worker labour lines, giving cost per sq.ft while the work is still quotable.
Payroll with approve & lock
Monthly wages computed from attendance minus advances, locked once approved so history cannot drift.
Reports that settle arguments
Budget vs actual, stock movement, labour productivity and supervisor performance.

Questions
Common questions.
How long does it take to build construction management software?
A first working version covering sites, materials, labour attendance and costing typically takes four to six weeks. Payroll and reporting follow once day-to-day data is flowing reliably.
Can supervisors mark attendance without a network connection?
Yes. Attendance is captured on the device and synced when a connection returns, with a visible count of unsynced entries so nothing is silently lost on site.
Does it handle different wage rates per worker and per site?
Yes. Each worker carries a default daily rate by skill type, with a per-entry override when a site agrees a different rate. Every rate used is recorded against the attendance it applied to.
